Pay System
  • Adoption of a full annual salary system (annual interim settlement of severance pay)
  • Reflection of starting salary standards for each position
  • Payment of KPI measurement-based performance bonuses
Promotion System
  • Title-based position composition: Manager, Team Leader (exclusive of executives)
  • Evaluation-based position composition: S1 (Employee), S2 (Assistant Manager), S3 (Manager), S4 (Deputy General Manager), S5 (General Manager)
  • Reflection of promotion training standards and performance evaluation results for each evaluation-based position
Education and Training System
  • Basic training: New employee training course (1 - 3 months depending on the position)
  • Sales training: Completion of MR training. Specialized training on pharmaceuticals and medical classification
  • Self-improvement training: Implementation of external Internet training
  • Regular training: Conducting of self-training at least 3 times a month
  • Special training: Provision of training in special fields by inviting external experts
